Founding Cohort

An invitation to a different model of medicine in Upper Kittitas County.

What Is Being Built

True North Precision Health is an independent, membership-based medical practice being developed in Cle Elum for people who take an intentional approach to feeling their best right now and staying physically capable, mentally sharp, and independent for as long as possible.

Our care begins with advanced diagnostics to identify early changes well before they become chronic problems, then designs a continuous roadmap tailored to you — with the aim of driving health-span now and in the future. The intent is to stay years ahead of decline rather than reacting after it starts.

Our Approach

Accessible, patient focused care designed around progressive, evidence-guided methodology, not limited by insurance models

Advanced diagnostics before symptoms

Sustainable prevention guidance, not reactive visits

Individualized care plans shaped around personal goals, preferences, and risk tolerance

Our Commitment

“At True North Precision Health, our commitment is that every person who engages with this model of care will gain earlier visibility into their personal health trajectory, clearer understanding of individualized risk, and a more defined long-term strategy shaped around their goals — guided by the most current evidence and delivered with a level of clarity, structure, and measurable direction that goes far beyond traditional medical care.”

This model of care is designed for people who:

  • Want to feel great and perform at a high level today while protecting and building their future capacity

  • Take personal responsibility for their health rather than outsourcing it to a reactive system

  • Value clarity, structure, and data over guesswork

  • Seek evidence-guided strategies — including emerging and integrative approaches — rather than trend-driven care

  • Feel underserved, rushed, or unseen in traditional medical settings

  • Intend to remain capable, sharp, and independent for decades — not just years

  • Prefer thoughtful guidance and partnership over episodic, symptom-driven visits

Founding Cohort

A limited founding cohort will be invited to learn about the model, offer feedback, and help shape True North Precision Health in its earliest phase.

Overall membership at True North will remain intentionally limited to preserve experience, access, and quality of care.

A Few Things to Know

  • Membership includes regular visits, scheduled testing, and ongoing guidance focused on your long-term health — not just one-time lab results.

We regularly track things like body composition and bone density, metabolic rate and cardiovascular fitness, blood sugar patterns, advanced lab panels, strength and movement, and genetic risk factors. This allows us to watch how your health is changing over time, not just what it looks like on a single day.

Your care plan is adjusted based on these trends and your personal goals, not just symptoms.

When appropriate, care may also include hormone optimization for men and women, metabolic and weight support, and ongoing prescription medication management — all guided by your data and what you want to work toward.

  • No. We do not accept commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.

We operate independently of insurance so we can spend more time with members and offer more flexible care, rather than maximizing for patient throughput.

We still recommend that members maintain an insurance policy for injuries, hospitalizations, and other unexpected medical needs, but it is not required to enroll. Members may also choose to use insurance for outside imaging, hospital-based care, emergency services, prescriptions and specialty referrals.

  • Most primary care focuses on short visits - treating problems after they appear and maximizing for patient throughput.

At True North, most members will see their provider more in their first year than they may have in their entire adult lives — with more patient education, deeper dialogue, and the presentation of options based on your goals, all taking place in a warm, inviting space.

  • We will intentionally limit the number of members so we can provide more time, deeper testing, and better continuity of care. Once the panel is full, a waitlist will be established.

  • We are planning for a Summer 2026 opening.

The founding cohort is being formed now to help shape the practice in its earliest phase and to reserve limited early membership access.
